Review:
If MadMax is a dystopia, The Politician is a twisted reality with an unlimited budget for makeup and costumes. The cast is racially diverse and has many actresses and actors all across the spectrum of sexual identity and gender expression. Sexual orientation and gender identity are not central to the plot of the first and second seasons. This TV show is good for a laugh and a good time while talking about current topics like the environment, capitalism, politics, ambition and democracy.
